Everyone needs a place or to live, or to start a business and buy a property is often quite expensive, depending on the city and location, so many opt to close a rental agreement. However, there are some conditions on the part of the real estate companies and the owners that must be in the day before signing the contract, one of them is the situation before the Credit Protection Service (SPC) and Serasa.

Delinquency is a sad reality for 62.6 million Brazilians, representing 41% of the adult population, as a result of the high number of unemployed people and the huge percentage of taxes and interest charged on the value of services and products.

Delay payments result in negative CPF, inclusion in the SPC by the companies, the popularly called dirty name. This action complicates life a lot, especially when it comes to getting credit to buy things for the long term or signing an agreement such as renting a property (many owners do not even accept it), among other consequences.

In thinking about how to solve this, a bail bond was created, an insurance modality foreseen in the Law of Tenancy, No. 8,245 / 91, which delimits the rights and duties of the tenant and types of guaranteeing the rent, making the process easier.

Why hire the bail bond?

If you get a guarantor it is a complicated procedure, which will say that you have some good, like an automobile, for example, as a guarantee to be able to finalize the agreement. Even with a credit problem, some banks cancel check cashing, which makes the collateral check option virtually invalid.
